Will it damage my walls or paint?

It attaches with hook-and-loop tape and corner strips instead of nails or screws, so there are no holes. Clean, dry, smooth painted surfaces hold best. Avoid wallpaper, fresh paint (less than 30 days old) and heavily textured walls, and peel the strips off slowly when you remove it.

How do I install The Gallery?

Wipe the surface clean and let it dry. Press the hook side to the loop side, peel the white masking layer from each of the four corners, then stick the board to the wall and press each strip for 10 seconds. That is the whole setup, with no tools.

Can I use it on a sofa, door or cabinet?

Yes. It is made for sofa arms, door frames, cabinet sides and wall corners, anywhere your cat already scratches. Choose a smooth, clean, dry spot and check that the surface can handle adhesive strips before you stick it.

What sizes and designs are available?

Every design measures 15 x 11.8 in / 38 x 30 cm and is 0.2 in / 0.5 cm thick. You can choose from 9 designs: Midnight Swirl, Pearl Muse, Golden Sunflower, Cypress Meadow, Violet Iris, Primary Geometry, Mona Mosaic, Rhone Nocturne and Harvest Gold. Sizes are measured by hand, so allow 0.4 to 0.8 in / 1 to 2 cm of variation.

How do I get my cat to use it, and does it smell?

New sisal products can have a mild smell on arrival, so air the board for 24 hours before installing. Place it exactly where your cat already scratches, and rub a little catnip or silvervine on the surface. Most cats take to it within a few days.

Is it big enough for large cats and Maine Coons?

Large cats can use it, but one 15 in / 38 cm panel gives a compact scratching zone, not a full-height stretch. For more reach, mount two panels one above the other.
