1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
1.1 International Coverage
We currently deliver to 58 countries worldwide, including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East.
1.2 Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is automatically communicated to you.
1.3 Split Shipments
We strive to ship all items in your order together. However, if your order includes items with different availability dates (such as pre-orders or backordered items), we reserve the right to split your order and ship items separately at our discretion. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
1.4 Delivery Times
Estimated transit times generally vary between 6 and 8 business days once the order has shipped, depending on your region. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
1.5 Shipping Costs
All orders benefit from Free Worldwide Shipping. No additional fees are applied at checkout.
1.6 Customs and Taxes (DDP)
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means no customs fees or additional taxes will be charged upon delivery: everything is included.

3. Delivery Attempts
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. Carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided.
3.2 Unsuccessful Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice and offer options to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package at a collection point.
3.3 PO Box Deliveries
If your order is shipped to a PO Box, the carrier will deliver to your post office facility. If the package is too large to fit directly into your box, a notification slip will be left inside indicating a package is available for pickup at the front counter. Please check both your PO Box and the front counter with a valid ID before reporting a missing package. MeowShelf™ cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
3.4 Responsibility for Incorrect Information & Redelivery Fees
MeowShelf™ cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, you are responsible for any redelivery or storage fees incurred to reship the item.
4. Order Processing and Potential Delays
4.1 Force Majeure & Operational Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes high order volumes, customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, "Acts of God," labor disputes, supplier failures, epidemics, or transportation interruptions. We will inform you of any significant delays.
5. International Shipping Information
5.1 Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDP, ensuring no additional customs duties or taxes are charged upon delivery.
5.2 Remote Areas & Unserviceable Regions
Certain remote areas may experience significantly longer transit times or may not be serviceable. This includes remote territories, islands, and non-continental regions not listed in Section 2. MeowShelf™ reserves the right to cancel and fully refund orders shipped to unserviceable addresses.
6. Order Cancellation and Modification
6.1 Before Shipping
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, no changes are possible. For any modifications, please contact us immediately at hello@meowshelf.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
7.1 Reporting an Issue
If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@meowshelf.com. Photos or documents may be requested to process your claim.
Please note that once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier with a recorded signature or delivery confirmation at the address provided at checkout, MeowShelf™'s liability is limited. We will always do our best to assist in locating your package, but cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party carriers.
