How much weight can The Origami hold?

The Origami safely supports cats up to 26 lbs / 12 kg. The solid pine wood frame is built to stay stable under regular daily use, including jumping on and off.

Do I need to drill into the wall to install it?

Yes. The Origami mounts directly into your wall using the included hardware kit, ideally into a wall stud for maximum stability. A step-by-step installation guide is included in the box.

Is the cushion removable for cleaning?

The cotton canvas cushion is pre-attached to the frame. We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth rather than removing it, to keep the seams secure over time.

Will this damage my wall when removed?

Since The Origami is screw-mounted rather than adhesive, removing it will leave small screw holes, similar to hanging a shelf or picture frame. Easy to patch if you move.

How is The Origami different from a hanging hammock?

Unlike rope or macramé hammocks that swing, The Origami has a rigid pine wood frame that folds flat against the wall when not in use, giving your cat a stable surface and you a cleaner-looking wall.
