How do I get the fold lines out of the mat after shipping?

Because we fold our mats for eco-friendly shipping, you may notice slight creases upon arrival. Simply reverse-fold the mat along the creases and place a heavy object (like a stack of books) on it for 24-48 hours. The high-elastic EVA foam will quickly return to its perfectly flat shape.

Is the bottom layer truly waterproof?

Yes! The bottom layer is a 100% waterproof and solid barrier. Whether it's a water bowl spill or a litter box miss, liquids will not penetrate through to your hardwood or tile floors.

Will this work with pine pellets or crystal litter?

Absolutely. The large, 3D honeycomb holes are designed to accommodate and trap almost all standard litter types, including heavy clay, lightweight tofu, silica crystals, and wood pellets.

Is the material safe and comfortable for my cat's paws?

We use premium, eco-friendly EVA foam. It is highly elastic, completely non-toxic, and incredibly soft. Even cats with sensitive paws, or older cats, find it very comfortable to walk on.

Which size should I choose for my space?

For standard litter boxes, our Medium (40 x 55 cm / 15.7 x 21.6 inches) is a great fit. If you have a large litter robot, an extra-large box, or a very messy kicker, we highly recommend sizing up to the Large (45 x 60 cm / 17.7 x 23.6 inches) or Extra Large (55 x 75 cm / 21.6 x 29.5 inches) for maximum floor coverage.

How do I deep clean the mat if there's a messy accident?

For everyday cleaning, just dump the trapped litter out. For a deep clean, simply vacuum the surface or rinse the entire mat in the shower using warm water and mild soap. Shake off the excess water, and it will air-dry rapidly.
