Is the woven material safe for my cat's claws?

Yes! The basket is woven tightly using premium, durable paper yarn. While it is sturdy and safe, it is designed as a resting place, not a scratcher. We recommend keeping a dedicated scratcher nearby!

How do I clean the inner cushions?

Both the base mat and the surround pillow are fully detachable and machine washable. Simply wash them on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry on low to maintain the PP cotton's fluffiness.

My cat weighs 5 kg (11 lbs). Which size should I choose?

For cats around 5 kg / 11 lbs, we strongly recommend selecting the NATURAL WOVEN "CAT EAR" BED. The Small and Medium sizes are tailored specifically for kittens and petite feline breeds.

Can I place this bed outside or in direct sunlight?

We recommend keeping The Breeze Nest indoors. Because it is hand-woven with natural paper yarn, prolonged exposure to direct, harsh sunlight can cause the fibers to dry out and become brittle over time.

Will the basket arrive folded or squished?

To ensure safe, eco-friendly transit, the basket may arrive slightly compressed. This is completely normal for natural weaves! Simply pop the sides out, and it will return to its original circular shape within 3 to 5 days.

Is this bed warm enough for the winter?
